Full internal lime plastering for a flat renovation.
Before we started plastering, we installed a picture rail and a skirting board rail to the masonry as a guide for us to plaster too. These rails would then make second fixing easier for the carpenters to follow on.
We also installed staff beads on every corner where possible. All the masonry had a 3-coat lime putty system which gave an up to date makeover whilst maintaining original features.
