Formal house in the centre of Lyme Regis finished with ashlar lines.
We were instructed to render three sides of this house and finish with decorative ashlar lines. We carried out all our base coats and prep work as normal. When it came to the final top coat we drafted in a few extra sub-contractors to help us, which enabled us to put on our final coat of render on the two gables in one day, as well as engraving the ashlar lines at the same time.
The whole project required extra consideration as we were working on the side of a busy road. This was a very satisfying project which received a lot of complements by the public as they walked past.
